James McCauley – CEO
James represents the fourth generation of the McCauley family leading Century Renovation. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he brings not only a wealth of knowledge and skill, but also a deep passion for the family business. James believes in a hands-on approach, often seen on-site interacting with clients and teams alike.
Catherine McCauley – CFO
Catherine McCauley, our CFO, is James’ sister and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. A finance expert with an eye for detail, Catherine ensures the business runs smoothly from a financial perspective, allowing the construction team to focus on what they do best.
Project Management
Helen Warner – Senior Project Manager
Helen Warner, our Senior Project Manager, has been with Century Renovation for 15 years. She oversees the execution of all our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards. Helen’s excellent organizational skills and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team.
Daniel Ramirez – Project Manager
Daniel Ramirez joined Century Renovation five years ago and has proven himself as a competent leader and excellent communicator. Daniel specializes in managing large-scale renovations, seamlessly coordinating between clients, designers, and construction teams.
Design Team
Emily Ross – Lead Architect
Emily Ross, our Lead Architect, is an expert in blending the old with the new. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and respectful of the building’s original architecture.
Marco Bianchi – Interior Designer
Marco Bianchi is our talented Interior Designer. Originally from Italy, Marco brings a European flair to his designs, striking a balance between modernity and classical elegance. His work consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations.

John Anderson – Senior Carpenter
John Anderson, our Senior Carpenter, has been with Century Renovation for over 20 years. His craftsmanship and attention to detail ensure that every piece of work we deliver is of the highest quality.
Linda Baker – Site Supervisor
Linda Baker is our stalwart Site Supervisor. She manages on-site operations, ensuring that safety standards are met and work is carried out efficiently. Linda’s professionalism and dedication keep our projects running smoothly.
